Definitions and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between easycuci ("Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("User", "Member", "you") who registers, accesses, or uses the services provided through the easycuci website.

By completing the registration process or by using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this document in its entirety.

Account Eligibility and Registration

The easycuci welcome bonus provides a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

As a calculated example: if you deposit RM100, you receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000. A deposit of RM2,200 yields the maximum bonus of RM1,000 with a balance of RM3,200 and a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

• Bonuses may only be used within the easycuci platform and cannot be transferred.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new user.
• easycuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to misuse bonuses or manipulate the promotions system will result in the bonus being voided.

Game Rules and Player Responsibilities

All games provided on the easycuci platform use a licensed random number generator (RNG) that is independently audited to ensure fair game outcomes. The result of each game round is final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error is proven.

Should a technical disruption occur during an active game, easycuci will use server data to determine the correct outcome. In cases that cannot be resolved, the affected wager will be returned to the user.

Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination

• Manipulation or exploitation of any technical vulnerability in the game system.
• Identity fraud or use of another party's information to register or make transactions.
• Transfer or sale of an account to another party.
• Any form of collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage.

easycuci reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of activities that breach these terms. During an investigation, the account concerned may be temporarily suspended. easycuci's decision on such matters is final.

Responsible Gambling
